Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PostPigeon ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content.
- Violate the terms of service of any connected platform (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or malware.
- Impersonate any person or organisation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any other user's account or our systems.
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.
4. Your content
You retain full ownership of the content you create and publish through PostPigeon. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process your content solely to operate and deliver the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.
5. Third-party platforms
PostPigeon acts as an intermediary between you and third-party social platforms. We are not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of those platforms. Publication to a third-party platform is subject to that platform's terms and technical availability.
6. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately at security@postpigeon.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
7. Availability & modifications
We aim to keep PostPigeon available but make no uptime guarantees. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to give reasonable advance notice of material changes.
8. Intellectual property
The PostPigeon name, logo, and all original software are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software except as expressly permitted under the open-source licence (if applicable) or in writing by us.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostPigeon and its team from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which the operator is domiciled.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
